Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that all shipping information provided during checkout is accurate, complete, and up to date.
Before submitting an order, please carefully verify the following information:
- Recipient’s full name.
- Street address and house or building number.
- Apartment, unit, or suite number, where applicable.
- City, state, and ZIP code.
- Any additional delivery instructions required to complete delivery.
Our store is not responsible for delivery problems caused by an incorrect, incomplete, or improperly entered shipping address supplied by the customer, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
If an order is shipped to the address provided during checkout and that address is incorrect, the package may be delivered to another residence, business, or location. In such circumstances, the customer may need to contact the shipping carrier, request an eligible address correction or package intercept, or contact the recipient or occupants at the delivery location to attempt to recover the package.
Address corrections, package intercepts, rerouting, and recovery of delivered packages are not guaranteed and may involve additional fees.
